Tuesday October16, 2012 is World Food Day. The day was created to mark the date of the founding of the Conference of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations.
I disliked this video soelly on the fact that it is a video that makes a lazy overweight person feel justification for not pushing themselves and making it seem like just settling for 30 minutes a day is somewhat beneficial. This video made no reference to the importance of dieting, which I believe is far more important than very minimal walking. This would be a perfect video for people 60+
