ThinkLink Graphics has a team in British Columbia
Graphic Recording and Facilitation Across Western Canada
ThinkLink Graphics’ West Coast team provides professional graphic recording, graphic facilitation, and visual storytelling services throughout British Columbia and Western Canada, helping organizations transform important conversations into engaging visual experiences. Whether you’re hosting a conference, Indigenous engagement session, strategic planning workshop, healthcare summit, leadership retreat, or community consultation, we capture ideas in real time through hand-drawn visuals that make complex discussions easier to understand, remember, and act upon.
Based in British Columbia, our West Coast team partners with governments, Indigenous organizations, healthcare providers, municipalities, non-profits, educational institutions, and private sector organizations to create meaningful visual records that increase engagement, improve knowledge retention, and leave participants with a lasting takeaway long after the event has ended.
Our BC Graphic Recorders

Erica Bota
erica@thinklinkgraphics.com
Graphic Recorder | Team Lead
Erica leads the West Coast branch of ThinkLink Graphics. She’s been graphic recording for over a decade, and her work is rooted in relationship-building and collaboration, often with Indigenous communities across British Columbia. Through deep listening, she translates stories, knowledge, and conversation into vibrant graphic recordings . With a trauma-informed approach, Erica works to honour the voices and lived experiences in the room with respect and beauty. When she’s not drawing, you’ll find her trail running in Squamish, BC, with her sweet dog Flo.
Squamish is located on the unceded and traditional territory of the Skwxwú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish Nation).

Delaney Cox
delaney@thinklinkgraphics.com
Graphic Recorder | Illustrator
You can ask anyone and they will tell you: Delaney has always been drawing. After graduating with honours from Sheridan’s Illustration Program, she started drawing with ink markers on foam core board and hasn’t looked back. Delaney is passionate about the environment, history, and storytelling, and brings those interests into her visual work by capturing ideas in a clear, expressive, and engaging way. When she isn’t graphic recording, Delaney is still drawing digitally; she loves working on detailed storymaps and scenes for action sketch videos. When she isn’t drawing (yes, it happens) she enjoys hiking and spending time with as many dogs as possible.
Delaney lives on the unceded and ancestral territory of the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh speaking peoples, the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations in Vancouver, BC.
