Graphic Recorder | Team Lead

Erica leads the West Coast branch of ThinkLink Graphics. She’s been graphic recording for over a decade, and her work is rooted in relationship-building and collaboration, often with Indigenous communities across British Columbia. Through deep listening, she translates stories, knowledge, and conversation into vibrant graphic recordings . With a trauma-informed approach, Erica works to honour the voices and lived experiences in the room with respect and beauty. When she’s not drawing, you’ll find her trail running in Squamish, BC, with her sweet dog Flo.

Squamish is located on the unceded and traditional territory of the Skwxwú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish Nation).

Graphic Recorder | Illustrator

You can ask anyone and they will tell you: Delaney has always been drawing. After graduating with honours from Sheridan’s Illustration Program, she started drawing with ink markers on foam core board and hasn’t looked back. Delaney is passionate about the environment, history, and storytelling, and brings those interests into her visual work by capturing ideas in a clear, expressive, and engaging way. When she isn’t graphic recording, Delaney is still drawing digitally; she loves working on detailed storymaps and scenes for action sketch videos. When she isn’t drawing (yes, it happens) she enjoys hiking and spending time with as many dogs as possible.

Delaney lives on the unceded and ancestral territory of the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh speaking peoples, the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations in Vancouver, BC.

Facilitator

Lyndi is a facilitator with 18 years of experience designing and leading participatory workshops and community engagement sessions across Canada and internationally. With a Masters of Education in Adult Education and Community Development, her work has spanned decolonizing education, justice programming, anti-harassment training, and leadership development. Her approach is trauma-informed, she is skilled at holding space for difficult conversations — offering multiple entry points into the dialogue so everyone can engage and be heard from where they stand. She leads with compassion, empathy, and care.

She is grateful to live and play in Calgary, also known as Moh’kinsstis, the ancestral and current day lands of Treaty 7 signatories which includes the Blackfoot confederacy: Siksika, Kainai, Piikani, Stoney Nakoda Nations: Chiniki, Bearspaw, Goodstoney and Tsuut’ina Nation; as well as the Otipemisiwak Métis Government of the Métis Nation, Calgary Nose Hill Métis District and Calgary Elbow Métis District
